Russell Balajadia, Pasig City based, developed his inclination to decaying architectural compositions and deconstructions of cityscapes through community interactions and immersions. He rides his bicycle to travel in and out of the metro collecting personal stories of people’s spaces and energies. The pluralistic nature of Balajdia’s work reflects the artist’s creative visions as a cultural satellite that translates the fine lines between different realities of society.

Balajadia interprets the relationship of nature and the human condition attempting to create a metaphoric visual experience of the decaying world depicting a picture of decline but at the same time rendering and renovating a glimpse of hope through memories of naturescape.
